HOW TO USE

Ear Oil Directions
Daily Use: Massage 1-2 drops of warm Karna Purana Oil into each ear canal.
Weekly Use: Lie on your side and apply 5-8 drops of warm oil to the exposed ear. Let it absorb for 5 minutes, then use a cotton ball to remove excess oil. Repeat on the other side.

Body Oil Directions
Apply to the whole body before or after a shower. If applying before, let it absorb for 5-20 minutes. After showering, apply to damp skin and air dry. Use long strokes on limbs and circular motions on joints, chest, and abdomen. For external use only.

Nose Oil Directions
Daily Use: Apply 1-2 drops to a clean fingertip and massage into each nostril.
Weekly Use: Tilt your head back and apply 3-5 drops into each nostril. Inhale deeply. If using a Neti Pot, always follow up with Nasya Oil.

Pulling Oil Directions
Vigorously swish and pull 1-2 tsp. of oil through your mouth and between your teeth for 5-20 minutes.

Floral Water Directions
Skincare: Gently massage 5-8 drops onto your face. Combine with PAAVANI skincare products as recommended.
Eye Wash: Fill an eye wash cup with 50% Floral Water and 50% water. Press the cup to your eye, tilt your head back, and blink for 15-30 seconds. Remove the cup, prepare a new solution, and repeat on the other eye.
