Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please email contact@haveda.com to obtain a return authorization*.
    • Be sure to include the items, order number, and your reason for return.

*Items received without a return authorization will not be processed*

Return Eligibility:

  • Request return within 60 days of purchase.
  • Item condition must be new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact.

Ineligibility:

  • We take health and wellbeing seriously, so we are unable to accept any open personal care products for return. 
  • To ensure the quality and safety of our products, all food sales are final.
  • Gift Cards
  • Final sale items, example: $1, $2, $5 and Doorbusters.

We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

Return Shipping:

  • Returns for damaged or incorrect items will be provided with a prepaid sipping label.
  • Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once we’ve inspected your return, if approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
    • If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
