Damages and Issues
Please contact Haveda as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so we can correct the problem.

Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days after receipt by reaching out to contact@haveda.com. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you purchased it in. Product should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original manufacturer packaging with proof of purchase.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
-Perishable goods, such as food
-Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
- $1-$5 Sale items/Doorbusters
-Gift Cards

Orders returned for customer error or change of mind will be at the customer's expense. The customer pays for return shipping and bears the risk of loss during shipment. 
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage or that use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

There are no restocking fees.

Refunds
Once we’ve inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, Haveda can make a credit issued in the form of a gift card, so a new order can be placed for the new item(s).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
