Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 separate, automatic, interest-free payment installments. Your first installment will be collected (from the credit or debit card you entered at checkout) when your order is confirmed by haveda.com Your second payment will be collected in 30 days, and your third payment in 60. At any time, you can modify your payment schedule using the Klarna app.
You must be at least 18 years old to qualify to pay later in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna. Approval is also dependent upon your financial circumstances. Our assessment of your eligibility will not impact your credit score.
If you are 18 or over, please ensure you have provided your full name, registered billing address, and accurate residential address details. A number of may impact your chances of being accepted, such as order history, item availability. All orders are assessed individually; you may be accepted for one order and denied for another.
To purchase using Klarna’s pay later plan, you’ll need to provide your full name, mobile phone number, email address, billing address, and either a debit or credit card. Failure to provide these items accurately may result in denial of service, or missed communication surrounding your payment schedule.
Neither Klarna nor haveda.com run credit searches that could impact your credit score. However, we may run unrecorded enquiries (also known as soft credit searches) that do not impact credit scores.
Your first pay-later installment will be automatically collected from the credit or debit card you entered at checkout. Your second payment will be collected in 30 days, and your third payment in 60. At any time, you can modify your payment schedule using the Klarna app.
- Yes, you may cancel or return your order. Once haveda.com has received your request, Klarna will cancel future installments/payments and refund any outstanding balances.
Once haveda.com has registered your cancellation or return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 days, upon the debit or credit card you entered at checkout.
If Klarna is unable to collect payment, we will make one more attempt in two days. If that fails, we will issue you a statement outlining your outstanding balance, which will be due 15 days later. We will notify you two days before attempting to collect this payment, and you can monitor the due date in your Klarna app at any time. Your credit score will not be impacted even if you fail to pay on time.
Klarna payment is safe, secure, and follows standard security protocols. The details of your card are not held by, or transferred to, haveda.com
Absolutely. Simply go to your Klarna app or log onto the site to make an early payment.
You will be notified via the Klarna app and email when a payment is due, when it has been processed, or if it has not been successfully completed. You can always check the status of your Klarna account by logging in online or using our app.
