What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a secure, end-to-end payment service that lets you make a purchase and spread your payment out over 4 automatic installments, every 2 weeks. You decide how much to pay upfront. We’ll split the remaining balance over 3 equal installments made automatically every two weeks, with no interest.

How does it work?

Just shop on haveda.com as usual, and at checkout, choose Afterpay. You’ll be directed to the Afterpay site, where you will create your account and provide payment details (Mastercard or Visa). Then you can complete your order (of $35 or more).

Can I use Afterpay if I’m not in the US?

Customers with international billing cannot create a Afterpay account.

How does the payment schedule work?

You will make your first payment at the time of purchase, using your selected payment method. We’ll split the remaining balance over 3 equal installments made automatically every 2 weeks, with no interest. Log into your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or pay a payment before your next installment date.

When will my purchase be delivered?

Items paid for with Afterpay will be delivered within standard timeframes specified on haveda.com. For further information, contact haveda.com

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend?

Yes. Your shopping cart has to contain at least $35 worth of merchandise to qualify for Afterpay.

Can I use a promo card with Afterpay?

Yes, you may use a promo code in conjunction with Afterpay to pay for your purchase, so long as the total shopping card value is over $35.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased with Afterpay?

Yes, you can make a return on your Afterpay purchase, just like usual on haveda.com. Use the standard haveda.com returns process. We cannot process exchanges or cash refunds; when your refund is processed it will appear in your Afterpay online account. For more information, go here.
