Spring Sunrise
Small Batch, Ghee-Liciousness
Spring Sunrise produces their ghee from the butter of happy cows with access to fresh green grass year-round. Following traditional Ayurvedic principles, their ghee is slow-cooked in small batches without shortcuts. The result is rich, golden ghee with superb flavor and nutrition.
The Spring Sunrise Story
Deeply passionate about health, wellness, and quality products, John and Christina Revolinski started Spring Sunrise in 1992 as a natural foods business to supplement their income. When their young son Donald brought home artwork titled "A Spring Sunrise," they found the perfect name for their venture. Years later, their son joined the team as a managing partner.
Today, what began as a small home business has grown into a solar-powered production facility. While expanding their product line, they’ve remained committed to sustainability standards and traditional Ayurvedic production values.
Eco-Friendly Production Process
Spring Sunrise practices eco-conscious production at every step. They partner with sustainable farms that respect and nurture their cows, allowing them an all-natural diet. Their organic kitchen is fully powered by solar energy, reducing their carbon footprint. Committed to eliminating plastic, Spring Sunrise uses glass jars with metal lids and 100% recyclable shipping materials for their ghee and honey.
Traditional Ayurvedic Techniques
Adhering to ancient Ayurvedic methods, Spring Sunrise crafts their ghee with care. Understanding the importance of high-quality butter, they ensure their cows lead a natural, pasture-based life. In their Vedic-inspired kitchen, the butter is slow-cooked in small batches, allowing the water to evaporate and the milk solids to separate from the golden oil. This process results in consistently delicious, rich ghee in every jar.
