Organic Triphala Rose:
Take 1 or more tablets with warm water, one hour before bedtime, not exceeding 3 tablets per day. If you are pregnant or nursing, or have a known medical condition, consult your physician before taking this or any other dietary supplement. Store in a cool and dry place, lid tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
CCF Tea:
To make CCF Tea, combine 2 teaspoons of CCF Tea with 2 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and serve. Enjoy at mealtimes to support healthy digestion or sip throughout the day for a gentle daily detox* For a stronger brew, boil the tea for 10 minutes. To enjoy as a sun tea, add 3 tablespoons of tea to 6 cups of room temperature water in a sealed clear jar, place in the sun for 2–6 hours, strain, and serve. Try with a squeeze of lime for a refreshing twist!
Black Sesame Oil:
To use for abhyanga practice, begin by warming the oil. Place a small amount of oil in a metal or glass container and warm it by placing it in a larger container of hot water. Remove from the hot water when it's warm, but still comfortable to the touch. Sitting in a warm bath or on a designated abhyanga towel, begin with your face and outer part of your ears, using a circular or back-and-forth motion as is comfortable. Massage both the front and back of your neck and the upper part of your spine. Massage your arms, using a back-and-forth motion over your long bones and a circular motion over your joints. Use a clockwise circular motion to massage over your heart and abdomen. Massage your legs, using the same long motion over your leg bones and a circular motion over your joints. Last but not least, massage your feet. Use the open part of your hand to massage vigorously back-and-forth over the soles and give your toes special attention. Let the oil sink into your skin for 2-20 minutes. Then wash it off in a warm bath or shower. Precautions: All oils are highly flammable. Thoroughly launder clothing or towels that have absorbed oil and dry on low heat to avoid a fire hazard. Towels left unattended with oil on them can spontaneously combust, causing a fire.
Pure Energy Wellness Oil:
Apply 4-5 drops of oil and begin by massaging between your toes, spending 3-5 seconds on each, then gently massage the bottoms of your feet for 30 seconds each. Move to your wrists, using your thumb to massage for 10-15 seconds on each. Next, massage behind your ears in circular motions with your forefingers for 15 seconds per ear. Focus on your forehead, massaging your temples in gentle circular motions for 10 seconds. Finish by cupping your palms over your nose and mouth, taking five deep inhales to experience the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils
Dance of the cinnamon Moon Incense:
Light the tip of a stick and let it burn for a few seconds before gently blowing out the flame, allowing the incense to smolder. Place the stick in a holder on a heat-resistant surface, and enjoy the aromatic experience as the natural blend fills your space with calming vibes. Burn only in well-ventilated areas, and never leave unattended while in use.
