Organic sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, Emblica officinalis (amalaki) fruit extract, Ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, Nelumbo nucifera (sacred lotus) flower extract, Pelargonium graveolens (geranium) oil, Rosa centifolia (cabbage rose) flower petal extract, Tribulus terrestris (tribulus) fruit extract, Uraria picta whole plant extract, Mimosa pudica (sensitive plant) whole plant extract, Solanum indicum (solanum anguivi) whole plant extract, Sida cordifolia (heart-leaf sida) root extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) oil, Desmodium gangeticum (sarivan) whole plant extract, Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom) fruit extract, Aegle marmelos (bael tree) bark extract.

HOW TO USE

Place the bottle in hot water to warm the oil. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Relax for 10-20 minutes, allowing the oil to be absorbed, then follow with a warm bath or shower. Massage daily for maximum benefit.
