INGREDIENTS

Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate), Thiamin (as thiamin mononitrate), Riboflavin (as riboflavin and sodium riboflavin 5‘-phosphate), Niacin (as nicotinamide), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal 5‘-phosphate), Folate (as folic acid and 1361 mcg DFE 340% 5-MTHF-glucosamine), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin, 5‘-deoxyadenosylcobalamin), Biotin (as D-biotin), Pantothenic acid (as calcium-D-pantothenate), Phosphatidylserine (from sunflower lecithin)
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (vegetable capsule shell,Vcaps® Plus), mannitol, maltodextrin.

HOW TO USE
