HOW TO USE

Use as a massage oil: apply 2-3 teaspoons of body oil using long strokes on bones and circular strokes over joints focusing on dry, rough areas. Use as a bath oil: Pour a few drops of oil into a warm bath for a moisturizing and soothing soak.
