HOW TO USE
For daily use, place 1–2 drops of oil on a clean fingertip and gently apply inside each nostril, or tilt your head back and drop oil directly in. Inhale deeply. For weekly use, apply 3–5 drops into each nostril with the head tilted back. Always follow neti pot rinses with nasya oil after nasal passages are dry. Use as part of your morning or meditation routine for best results.
