HOW TO USE

To use a yoga bolster, position it under the parts of your body where you need extra support, such as under your knees for backbends or under your lower back for gentle stretches. As you assume a pose, allow the bolster to support and deepen your stretch, relaxing into it and focusing on your breath. Adjust the bolster as necessary to ensure comfort and effective support throughout your practice. After use, store the bolster in a dry place.
