According to Ayurveda, the rose balances Sadhaka Pitta, the subdosha of Pitta that governs the emotions and their effect on the heart. However, it’s unique ability to stimulate agni (digestive fire) without overheating makes it balancing to all three doshas.

• Rose is revered in Ayurveda for it’s cooling, calming effects on the heart, emotions, and skin. It enhances all seven dhatus (body tissues) and enhances radiance.
• Antioxidant-rich essential oils fight free radicals thereby softening signs of aging.
