Facial Roller
- Begin at the center of the face, rolling outwards across the cheeks.
- Move to the eyebrows and roll upwards across the forehead.
- Roll downward from the lower lip to the chin.
Gua Sha Tool
Keep the tool flat against the skin, starting at the neck with upward sweeping motions to encourage blood flow.
