HOW TO USE

For optimal results, perform this daily ritual first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking. Hold the tongue cleaner on either side and extend your tongue. Check for any coating, then place the cleaner at the back of your tongue and gently scrape the ama or film forward and out of your mouth. Rinse the cleaner and repeat until the tongue is clean.
