HOW TO USE

To practice Garshana, or dry brushing, start with a natural bristle brush on dry skin, ideally in the morning for energizing effects. Begin at your feet, using gentle upward strokes toward your heart to promote circulation and lymphatic flow. Incorporate circular motions on areas like your stomach and arms, applying light pressure, especially on sensitive skin. Spend about 5 to 10 minutes brushing your entire body, ensuring even coverage. After brushing, take a shower to wash away dead skin cells and toxins, and follow up with a nourishing body oil or lotion to hydrate your skin. For optimal results, aim to dry brush 2-3 times a week.
