HOW TO USE

To use your Pranayama Pillow, place it on a flat surface where you can comfortably sit or lie down. Position the pillow under your spine or ribcage to provide support during your Pranayama practice. As you breathe deeply, let the pillow help expand your chest and ribcage, enhancing your breath and practice. After use, remove the pillow and store it in a dry place, cleaning as needed. For optimal results, incorporate the pillow into your regular Pranayama sessions.
