HOW TO USE

For maximum benefits: store room temperature pure water (no other liquids of any kind) in your copper bottle for six hours—or overnight—before drinking. Enjoy one glass upon waking in the morning, and two-three glasses throughout your day. Replace with fresh water each evening. For best results, follow a routine of three months on, one month off. Note: The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends no more than 0.47 mg of copper per cup (2 mg per liter) of water. This ensures that the tolerable upper intake level of 10 mg per day won’t be exceeded. Cleaning instructions (hand-wash only): this copper bottle is uncoated - it develops a beautiful patina with time and use. To return it to its original sheen, clean with a commercial copper cleanser. Alternatively, gently rub half a lemon dipped in salt over the bottle. Let it sit, and rinse with warm water.
