Amla/amalaki (fruit), Grape (fruit), Winter begonia (root), Holarrhena (bark), Red saunders (heartwood), Senna (leaf), Hemidesmus indicus (root), Arjuna (bark), Chaerophyllum acuminatum (root), Pepper (fruit), Ginger (rhizome), Lodh tree (bark) extract, Sensitive plant (whole plant) extract, Licorice (root) extract, Cyperus (tuberous root) extract. Other ingredients: Gum acacia, Nutrapure (Organic maltodextrin, Organic sunflower lecithin, Organic palm olein, Organic guar gum), Rice extract, Rice hulls.

HOW TO USE

Take one tablet twice daily. For best results, begin regular use before menopause begins. Take regularly until the desired comfort and results are achieved.
