HOW TO USE

To make CCF Tea, combine 2 teaspoons of CCF Tea with 2 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and serve. Enjoy at mealtimes to support healthy digestion or sip throughout the day for a gentle daily detox* For a stronger brew, boil the tea for 10 minutes. To enjoy as a sun tea, add 3 tablespoons of tea to 6 cups of room temperature water in a sealed clear jar, place in the sun for 2–6 hours, strain, and serve. Try with a squeeze of lime for a refreshing twist!
