HOW TO USE

Wet your toothbrush under running water. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Brush your teeth thoroughly for about two minutes, using gentle circular or back-and-forth motions. After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but do not rinse your mouth right away. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing to allow the fluoride to strengthen your tooth enamel. Use toothpaste at least twice a day as part of your regular oral care routine.
