HOW TO USE

For a full bath, fill your tub with warm water and place one bath pack into the water. Gently squeeze the pack to release the aromatic botanicals, then soak and unwind for 20 minutes. For a foot bath, steep one bath pack in hot water for 5 minutes, then pour the infusion into a warm foot bath and soak for 20 minutes.
