INGREDIENTS

Vitamin C, vitamin D, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, sodium, L-Camitine, aqueous herbal extract from oat herb, lemon verbena leaf, apple fruit, lemongrass, spinach leaf, stinging nettle leaf / dwarf nettle leaf, turameric rhizome, rose hip peel, hibiscus flower, ginger rhizome, peppermint leaf, devil’s claw root.

Other Ingredients: Pear juice concentrate, grape juice concentrate, water, red beet juice concentrate, rose hip juice concentrate and natural flavors.

HOW TO USE

For adults aged 12 and over, take 4 teaspoons (20 mL) once daily, preferably on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before a meal for optimal absorption. Be sure to shake the bottle well before use and utilize the provided measuring cap, as drinking directly from the bottle is not recommended. Please be aware that liquid iron may cause surface staining on teeth, so rinse your mouth with water immediately after consumption.
