HOW TO USE

Put one portion (80 g) in a saucepan, bring to the boil briefly with 300 ml water and put the lid on, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add ghee or oil to taste and season with salt.

More vegetables? Just boil up some sweet potato or cauliflower together with the kitchari and let it cook.
